Why did Synaura change their Comp Plan? Most Companies change their Comp Plan because the Company wants to make more money. Synaura actually gave more to its associates with this new plan. What are the Fast Start Bonuses? There are three. One from the person you sponsor (30%), one from the person they sponsor (15%) and one from the person they sponsor – 3rd level (10%). These percentages are of the initial order only.

What is significant about the “generation bonuses”? That they are 10 generations deep. As an example, if you sponsor one person who sponsors one person and so on for 10 levels and they all order $120.00 in product, you would earn $56.40 per month from this one sign up. What is the One Million dollar Achievement Bonus? Once you move up in rank to Senior Director, you start qualifying for part of these Cash Achievement Bonuses. A Senior Director will be paid $200. initially and when through all Senior Director Ranks, he will have gotten $3K in bonuses ($200. + 300. + 500. + 800. + 1200. = $3K) An Executive Director starts at a $2K bonus and achieves $22.5K and a Corporate director achieves $50K initially and $475K total bonuses. Synaura’s highest rank pays out a $500K bonus. Add all these bonuses together and it’s $1 million in total achievement bonuses.

For once there’s a Comp Plan that is easy to understand and explain. More importantly the Synaura Comp Plan pays out on average 55% through its “generation bonuses” and Fast Start Bonuses. Word is just starting to spread about Synaura International. Synaura has been evolving into a world class Network Marketing Company and as of this post, if you’re just beginning to learn of it, you’re still among the very earliest to know about it.

That doesn’t mean people and networkers haven’t been watching Synaura. Some have been on the sidelines waiting to see how well it will do. I’d Like To Commend You Synaura People

I’d like to commend you Synaura People for continuing to promote, sponsor and believe in Synaura. Why shouldn’t you? Synaura is just getting started. Synaura is just taking off. Now is a great time to be in Synaura.

I received another commission check today from Synaura.  Sometimes when your head is in several different places, some things lag behind. However, I’ve been told we are getting up to speed and will stay on track in this department.

Some people who have been waiting on the sidelines are pretty much unaffected by what’s been going on. Those who have sponsored a number of people have perhaps gotten calls from these people wondering why some things have lagged. The answer is simple.

In my opinion, it’s because Synaura is a start up Company. It’s because a few people are doing the work of many. It’s because there have been a number of unfortunate glitches that have set projections into delays. And yet the majority of base core Synaura People have continues to press forward with high expectations. I commend you.

Are We There Yet?

How close are we to where we want to be? Are we “there” yet? How much longer? Words from an impatient child enroute to Grandma’s? Perhaps.

Have you ever wanted things to come quicker with a network marketing Company because you learned about it so early, it was hard to wait for everything to come out? Perhaps you feel that way about Synaura.

Apparently Synaura is moving ahead with the purchase of tons and tons of Maqui for future use. Because of delays in the making of the custom made bottle, plans are now moving toward use of a temporary bottle so this will be available soon.

Fast start and unilevel commissions are also being figured and checks will soon be cut. There may even be a trip planned for leaders to New Hampshire. What about our new website?

Apparently it has been so close to going live on several occasions that we have been told it’s any day now. At this point, it will go live when we are told it is live. There’s no guessing. We all want it to be ready. But what can we do until it is?

If you have a customer who wants to try or buy AVIA you have two choices. Either sell them from your own stock (in US only) or call support at 603-524-3883 and have them ship it to where you want. You’ll have to pay for it and then collect from the customer. I have done this and it works just fine.

Otherwise, you must ask people to join. They can still do so without the $69.00 sign up fee or for the distributor kit. They simply must order the $135.00 sample packs for two months.

That will probably change when the new website and 25.35 oz bottles are ready. People may have an option at the time of getting a virtual distributor kit or the physical one, we’ll see what corporate decides.

Plans are still moving along for Synaura to go Public. We were told this may be a few months out and it will help to open up the International markets.
